Sourcing that filters properly
We shortlist against your actual brief rather than a keyword match. You see three or four people with notes on each, not forty CVs to wade through on a Sunday.
Offshore hiring, sorted
Distance is not the risk. The wrong partner is.
A dependable offshore hire, sourced and managed properly, at a third of local cost. No jargon, no drama, just people who show up.
What you get
Finding someone is the easy half. Most offshore arrangements fall over in the six months after the contract is signed, which is exactly where we stay involved.
We shortlist against your actual brief rather than a keyword match. You see three or four people with notes on each, not forty CVs to wade through on a Sunday.
Someone owns the relationship after the placement starts. Regular check-ins, performance conversations, and the awkward ones you would rather not have across a time zone.
Contracts, pay runs and local employment obligations sit with us in the country where your hire lives. On your side it is one invoice and one point of contact.
If a placement is not working, we say so early and replace it. If the role grows into two roles, we scale it without starting the whole process again.
How it works
The order matters here, so it is written as a sequence. Most clients go from first call to someone at a desk inside a fortnight.
Twenty minutes. What the role actually does, what good looks like to you, and what you currently pay for it locally.
We source and screen, then send a short list with a written note on each person covering experience, English, and where they would need support.
You interview. You choose. If nobody on the list is right, we say so and go again rather than pushing you towards the first available name.
Equipment, contracts, accounts and onboarding are sorted before day one, so the first morning is work rather than setup.
Roles we place
Roles with a repeatable shape settle offshore quickly. Roles that live on hallway context are harder, and we will tell you when a role sits in that second group.
Diary, inbox, travel, research and preparation, run by someone who learns how you work rather than waiting for instructions.
Inbox, live chat and phone cover on your own tooling, with ticket triage and escalation rules you set.
Reconciliations, payables and receivables, payroll preparation, month end that arrives on time without being chased.
List building, outbound sequencing, CRM hygiene, and the follow up that quietly stops happening when the team gets busy.
The maths
Move the slider to whatever the role costs you locally, including on costs. The comparison runs on the one third figure and updates as you drag.
Indicative only, based on the one third figure. Real pricing depends on the role, the hours and the seniority, and we quote it per role once we know the brief.

Questions
Most roles run about a fortnight from the first call to a start date. A narrow specialist brief takes longer, and we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
Roughly a third of what the same role costs you locally once you include on costs. The exact number depends on seniority and hours, and you get it in writing before you commit to anything.
We do, in the country where they live, under that country's employment law. Contracts, pay runs and statutory obligations sit with us. You direct the work and approve one invoice.
Hours are agreed before the offer goes out, so overlap with your team is part of the brief rather than something to negotiate later. Most clients run a full overlap with Australian business hours.
We raise it early rather than waiting for you to notice, then either fix it or replace the person. Replacement terms are written into your agreement so there is no argument about it later.
Access is scoped to the role and runs through your systems and your permissions. Confidentiality terms cover both the placement and us, and we will work to whatever security requirements your industry sets.
Yes, and most clients do. One role is a fair test of whether the model suits how you work, and it is easier to scale from something that is already running well.
Anything that depends on being physically present, on constant informal context, or on relationships that only form in a room. We would rather lose the placement than sell you one that quietly fails in month four.
Tell us what the role does. We will come back with what it would cost and whether it is a sensible fit, which is sometimes a no.
